By submitting property details, images, or other content (“Materials”), you grant Landscale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such Materials in connection with our Services. You warrant that you own or have the rights to such Materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Property Listings

• Each listing must correspond to a single property.
• Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of property details.
• Buyers and renters are responsible for conducting independent due diligence, including legal, financial, and structural checks.

5. Payments & Charges

Some Services may be subject to fees. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. By using paid Services, you agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes.

6. Availability

We strive to keep our Services accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without liability.

7. Third-Party Services
